Information you choose to share

The contact form saves your name, email address, organization (if provided), the topic you select and your message in a protected database so Palagn can review and reply. If you send your Organizational Health Check results, your scores and any note are saved the same way. Sending a request does not add you to a mailing list.

Requests are saved for Palagn to review and respond to. This site does not currently send automated email notifications.

The health check

Your Organizational Health Check answers are scored in your browser and are not saved unless you choose to send your results.

Confidential material

Please do not include confidential employee records, sensitive personal information or proprietary data in an inquiry. Data handling for an engagement is agreed separately in writing.

Website measurement

The site records a small set of first-party events (page views, engagement page views, contact clicks, completed health checks and started forms) with the page path and the referring source or campaign. A random identifier kept in your browser’s session storage links events within one visit; it is not an advertising identifier and it expires when you close the tab. Form content is never included. The site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
